The Board of Directors welcomes any interested persons to attend Board meetings. All meetings are scheduled and posted on the events calendar on this website. If someone would like to add an agenda item it is best to bring it to the attention of the Board President or the Executive Director in advance of the meeting. To contact a Board member it is preferable to:

1. E-mail the President of the Board

2. Call the ECSDD office and ask that the Board President contact you.

3. Send written correspondence to the ECSDD addressed to the President, Board of Directors, and mark it confidential. Staff is committed to delivery of such correspondence within 2 work days. The Board members are volunteers and are committed to the mission of ECSDD and to keeping private, their personal contact information.
